PRESENTATION

All jewellery items will be presented in a gift bag unless otherwise specified in the individual listing. If you prefer a gift box, you may add this to your order for an additional fee of £1.50 which will also cover the extra cost of posting.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE of the measurements provided in each listing and compare against a ruler. Please do not just go off the appearance of the item in the photograph.  Items can appear larger when using close up photography.

Free Shipping is available to UK customers only

Jewellery items sent via 1st Class Mail, Recorded Delivery and Airmail are NOT insured against loss or damage in post. If you would like insurance, please choose the Special Delivery postal option (or Airsure for overseas buyers) which will cover your items in the event of damage or loss in post. Unfortunately, I no longer post jewellery to France due to 50% of dispatched items never reaching their buyers. Items will be posted within 2 working days of receiving cleared payment where ever possible.

PROBLEMS

Feedback will be left AFTER buyer leaves theirs so that I know items have been received safely and in a satisfactory condition. If for any reason you are unhappy with the service or the product, please email me first rather than leaving negative/neutral feedback or low star ratings and I will endeavour to rectify the problem.

RETURNS

If for any reason you are unhappy with your item, you may return it for a refund. If the item is faulty in any way, a full refund (including postage) will be processed on receipt of returned goods. If you are returning the item because you have changed your mind, your refund will be processed minus my postage costs. In the past, I have received a number of returns from buyers who have not read the sizes provided in the description and have therefore expected to receive much larger pieces of jewellery. I ask that you PLEASE check the size of each item in the description before committing to buy.
